sigh

Scratch the elliptical. Lower leg/ankle hurts today where the fracture is. I guess it is just biking for me. I hope this didn't set back the healing... :(

Aqua Aerobics!!

Although it might not be good for your psychological recovery if you were struggling through a class comprised of blue-haired grandmothers....

I have actually thought about aqua aerobics. Unfortunately, they aren't offered at the gym that's closest to me. Otherwise, you might have been hearing some interesting stories about how the blue-haired ladies were kicking my butt at aquasize.

lady, take it easy! just rest. do nothing! really, it can be done. at least for a few weeks. even though i know that it would be very difficult for a mover and a shaker such as yourself.

i kind of agree with lu...better to take a rest and get better in 3 weeks or so then really muck up your leg and have to sit around for 3 months. Take a break will ya!
