inspiredbydooce- having fun with life on the run
I hope it went well! I've been thinking good thoughts for you today! Can't wait to hear about it!
ummm..... i'd hire you. and i've worked with you, so that must mean something. when do you get back? when do you have time for an eggnog latte or whatever we feel like drinking in a red starbys cup?!
I think it went pretty well. The interview portion felt good, I wasn't overly confident about the "task" I had to do, but whenever you're not exactly sure what they are looking for, it's always a little rough.Unfortunately, I won't find out until the second week of January because one of the people they are interviewing can't go in until the 6th. Ugh.That means I can look into extending my trip home though...yaaaay.lq: I always have time for Starbucks. I'm sure I'll be down in your general area more than a few times due to the proximity to Jordan's parent's house. We'll have to make a plan.
I'm glad to hear it went well for you. Now for the wait...When does the other employer want you to start / make your decision?Hopefully you can extend your trip to the 5th at least.
i don't want to litter your blog with comments, but i just wanted to say that i have also had to do 'additional tasks' at interviews without expecting it and it is really annoying. but i can also tell you that once i got those jobs they all mentioned they only look at that stuff you have to do if there is tight competition and that they don't expect genius, so do not worry. mmmmm.....i had an eggnog latte out of a red cup yesterday and thought of you.
One More Sleep!!!
Sleep! Not one more sleep. I won't be able to sleep. One more get up, though. Even when you don't sleep, you still have to get out of bed.
